    Shuangjia-type torsion-reducing short section

    The down-twisting short section is a new type of down-twisting tool, mainly used to connect short-radius horizontal sections and large-angle well sections. It is recommended to connect one down-twisting short section every 60ft. After its use, the torque can be reduced by 25-35%. Its spiral inner sleeve, straight outer sleeve and core shaft are in a relatively non-rotating state. It can form an isolation point supported by the straight outer sleeve between the drill pipe and the casing, which can reduce the rotary table torque; it can effectively prevent direct contact between the drill pipe and the casing, reduce the wear and tear of the drill pipe and casing, and protect the casing; reduce the friction contact force between the drill pipe and the casing, and reduce the drilling resistance. It greatly improves the service life of the drill pipe.

    Shuangjia-type multifunctional scraper

    The multifunctional scraper is a new type of scraper that can be used as a general non-rotating fixed scraper, and also as a rotatable structural scraper. In addition, the upper and lower guide bushings of the scraper can also be used as non-rotating guides. The multifunctional scraper is one of the indispensable auxiliary tools for completion, testing and downhole operations. Its main purpose is to remove cement, sand, residual bullets, scratches, paraffin, burrs and other attachments from the inner wall of the casing, ensuring the cleanliness of the inner wall of the casing to facilitate the normal operation of the required drilling tools.
