The meeting reviewed and approved seven proposals, including Shuangjia Company's Q1-Q3 2021 work summary and Q4 work plan, regulations on decision-making and avoidance for "major, significant, and large" matters, the company's management system map, relevant systems and contracts for the company's managerial tenure system and contractual management, and the 2022 investment budget.
