Slightly eccentric reamer, which can be connected to the drill string to achieve while-drilling reaming. The tool has two sets of spiral reaming blades, the lower set is responsible for while-drilling reaming during drilling or positive reaming during tripping, and the upper set is responsible for reverse reaming during tripping. The main function of the tool is to reduce the severity of dog legs in directional wells, clear micro dog legs and small steps downhole, and expand the wellbore slightly larger than the theoretical diameter of the bit in expandable shale formations and creeping salt formations, soft mudstone formations, coal seams, etc., which can reduce the reaming time in conventional drilling and ensure the safe and smooth operation of tripping, logging, running casing, and running inflatable packers.
