    ITCO JUNK BASKET

    　　ITCO junk basket is used to catch the small junks from down hole, such as steel ball, tong, cutter, blade, hand tool and junk iron and so on. The principle is to use the mud of inverse well flushing with large circulating rate, high pressure to shock bottom well, so the junk suspensions move to push the basket fingers and go into the barrel. When stop the pump, the basket fingersrestore their position to prevent the junk in the barrel coming out from the basket, achieve fishing.

    JUNK SUB

    　　Junk sub is an effective drilling tool for catching the heavy scrap iron or metal debris which are too heavy to be completely circulated out of the hole in normal drilling operation. Its cup OD is big, smaller annular gap with the wellbore, but the mandrel is small at the rim of cup, larger annular gap with wellbore. So the fluid speed dropped promptly and form a vortex at the rim of cup, meanwhile, the carry ability of fluid also dropped. So the heavy objects in the fluid will fall into the cup and carried out in the trip process.

    FISHING MAGNET

    　　The fishing magnets are used to retrieve all types of small objects in the oil and geological drilling operation. It has advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, small volume and light weight. Magnetize and attract the drilling clip, cones, bearings, slips, inserts, tong pins and other small objects by the proper permanent magnet to catch the small objects effectively and keep the down hole clean.The fishing magnets are used to absorb the magnetized objects by permanent magnet. The bottom is equipped with a protective cover that can prevent magnet damage when not in use. It can be divided into A and B structures according to the different usage.

    REVERSE CIRCULATING FISHING MAGNET

    　　Reverse circulating fishing magnet is a fishing tools which use the drill fluidspartially reverse circulation in the bottom hole to absorb the smaller pieces.
