    SETTING TOOL OF HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER

    The setting tool connects with sealing assembly by left hand thread, used to set liner hanger to the designed set position. After setting, right hand rotation to separate setting tool and liner hanger and take back after cementing progress finished. Model A setting tool works with DYX-A/SYX-A/SSX-A/J-A/JRKN-A liner hanger, and Model B setting tool works with SYX-AF liner hanger.   Features： 1. Designed with thrust bearing and supporting sleeve, no tension and pressure acts on nut, ensure easily release. 2. A long polished nipple helps to judge if the left-hand thread ware released or not. 3. With remind-thread on lower end of lifting sub, the setting tool is convenient to disassemble and transport. 4. API drill pipe thread on top end of lifting sub, can connect with drill pipe directly.

    PUMP DOWN PLUG

    The Pump down Plug has four rubber wipers of different sizes and a guide nose, used to wipe the drill pipe string and setting tool. It performs great even in highly-deviated and horizontal wells. The pump down plug is designed to wipe liner and bump in landing collar after running to setting tool and joining with liner wiper plug.

    LINER WIPER PLUG

    The Liner Wiper Plug is shear-pinned on the bottom of the setting tool, used to wipe liner. After bumping and latching in landing collar when joining with pump down plug, it can hold back pressure.

    SEALING ASSEMBLY

    The Sealing Assembly, comprises housing and pack off bushing, is used to seal the annular clearance between polished nipple and liner hanger body so as to build pressure after the ball reaches the landing collar. The top end connects PBR and the internal left-hand thread connects setting tool.  Features： 1. The pack off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, saving time to drill out. 2. “W” sealing rings are used to obtain two-sides sealing function. The sealing effect is better and it’s sealing capacity is more than 25MPa. 3. With centralizing block on body, makes the hanger in the center of wellbore.

    LANDING COLLAR

    The landing collar comprise housing, latch seat and ball seat. The latch seat holds ball seat by pins. After the hanger is set, pressure is applied to release the ball seat.  Features： 1. The combination of pump down plug and liner wiper plug latches and seals with latch seat, which can hold back pressure. 2. The internal parts are made of easily drillable materials.

    TIE-BACK SEAL NIPPLE

    The tie-back seal nipple is a special cementing device for tieback liner operation. Features： 1. Designed with the guide shoe and circulate bore, it can stab into PBR before cementing, avoid trouble happens when common tie-back seal nipple stab into PBR after cementing. 2. With its streamline shape, the guide shoe can stab into PBR smoothly. 3. Groups of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance seals provide effective sealing. Effective sealing length is 1.2m.
