    STRING MILL

          String mill is used to trim casing that is slightly bent or slightly deformed, to trim sections that suffer resistance while running down the liner, and to trim casing in broken sections where the fracture is not much misaligned. When the dislocation of the upper and lower casing fracture is not large, the fracture can be repaired straight to facilitate the next operation，the essence of string mill is lengthen the cylindrical part of the taper mill, When the deformation section of the casing is grinding with a taper mill, and the other tool is still unable to pass smoothly, a string mill can be used. Its grinding effect is from the radial direction of the casing grinding, can increase the straightness of the casing.

    PILOT MILL

        The pilot mill shoes is used to mill the fish which have inner bore and instability and shake in the down well, such as drill pipe, drill collar, tubing etc.    The pilot mill shoes is made up of mill shoe body and pilot cone, as the following picture. The upper part of the mill shoe body is inner thread, the lower part is cylinder whose diameter is bigger. Add YD alloy and anti-abrasive material on the back plane of pilot cone and mill shoe body. The pilot cone has the effect of leading and fixing the top of the fish. And there are 2-4 water crossing grooves on the back plane of the mill shoe body to make sure it can circulate unblocked.      The pilot mill shoes locate the fish by the cone which is entered into the fish, and then rotate with the drilling tool, the mill shoes welded with YD alloy grind the fish.

    SKIRTED MILL

            The skirt junk mill has a skirt, so it can cover the fishes in the skirt to ensure that the fish is always placed in the grinding range of the junk mill, and the bottom cutting teeth are used to grind the fish. This kind of milling shoe can not only mill the annular space by the skirt, but also grind the top of the fish, and use it to grind various swaying pipes and rods.

    ORIENTED BENT SUB

          The oriented bent sub is use for the straight screw drilling tool getting into orientated. The oriented bent sub is a tool use for deflecting of power drilling tools. Under the action of bent sub, a continuous lateral force imposed on the bit, and make the bit continuous side cutting wall of a well, drilled well body carve track.     Downhole Motor

    Downhole motor is a kind of downhole dynamic drilling tool drove by the hydraulic power of drilling mud, and its core power part is a positive displacement motor. The tool is with simple structure, convenient operation and reliable performance. The tool can be drove by the power fluid, such as oil-based mud, emulsion mud and clay mud, is adaptable and flexible, and can be applied to horizontal wells, cluster wells particular drilling operations, that can greatly increase the drilling speed and economic benefits.         With mud, water as the driving force media transported to the Downhole Motor through the center hole of drill string, the downhole motor is essentially a kind of energy conversion device which converts liquid pressure energy to mechanical energy. When drilling, the Downhole Motor directly drives the drill bit connected to the drive shaft to slew. The whole drill string is only as a transport channel delivering high-pressure working medium and the drill rod(pipe) member supporting drill bit counter-torque, and do not slew. Compared with the conventional drilling operation, the drilling operation with Downhole Motor has many advantages, such as drill pipes wear dropped substantially, high speed, etc. Downhole Motor is the main tool to drill directional wells, has played a significant role in the drilling fields.         Compared with the traditional drilling operation that the drill pipes are driven by turntable, the drilling operation with Downhole Motor has many advantages as following: ■ The drilling fluid input flow is proportional to the downhole motor output speed. ■ Downhole motor output torque is linearity relation with pressure drop produced by drilling fluid through the motor.  ■ Lower downhole motor output speed, greater torque, and longer net drilling time. ■ Downhole motor is adopted a group of multi-column thrust radial ball bearing, resistance to high pressure, and high penetration rate.  ■ Downhole motor is adopted insert welded tungsten carbide transverse bearing, long service lift.  ■ Pressure drop of drill bit nozzle is up to 7.0MPa, high horsepower of drill bit hydraulic, rinse drill bit clean to prevent drill bit balling. ■ Downhole motor rotary power is only used to drive the drill bit to reduce the drill pipe wear, streamline operations, improve drilling accuracy, and saving drilling power. ■ In directional drilling operations, the Downhole Motor is easier to control the direction of the borehole, can be reduced more drilling deviation than the conventional rotary drilling.
