      The top drive swivel is a connector installed at the top of the drill string, used to connect with the circulation system to circulate drilling fluid. Its upper end is always a 2" LP male coupling, connected to the circulation system via a swivel (provided by the user); the lower end is a drill pipe male coupling, connecting to the drill pipe. The swivel is to be provided by the user.
