The meeting reviewed and approved the 2020 annual work report, as well as the 2021 economic indicators, research and development, process improvement and quality improvement, investment disposal, lean management, and training plans (7 items in total).
The meeting affirmed the achievements of Shuangjia Company in completing various production and operation indicators in 2020 under the dual impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the volatile international oil market, and in successfully concluding the 13th Five-Year Plan. It emphasized the need to further enhance political standing, actively carry out a major overhaul of systems and processes, strengthen internal management and monitoring, and strengthen risk prevention and control in areas such as integrity, safety, confidentiality, quality, and epidemic prevention, thereby promoting the further development of the company. It proposed increasing a sense of crisis and ambition, comprehensively planning the 14th Five-Year Plan, continuously exploring new market models and cooperation methods, expanding scale as quickly as possible while ensuring the quality of operations, and striving through the efforts of all employees to steadily advance on the long journey, promoting the continuous development of the company headquarters.
