On the afternoon of February 7, in response to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control to avoid gatherings, Shuangjia Company held its 2021 Annual Staff Representative Meeting by combining online meetings with an offline awards ceremony. Company leaders and advanced staff representatives attended the meeting in the conference room, while all company staff participated from their respective workstations via Tencent Meeting and watched the live awards ceremony.
General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Zhang Zhibin, delivered a work report titled "Firm Beliefs, Striving Upstream, Innovative Breakthroughs, and Diligent Efforts in the Company's New Journey of Development" at the meeting. The report systematically reviewed the company's work in 2020, summarized achievements and shortcomings, and made comprehensive arrangements for the company's work in 2021. In 2020, Shuangjia Company overcame the epidemic and the downturn in the international oil industry, increased innovation efforts, adjusted product structure, achieved "dual promotion and dual guarantee" for the company, and realized an annual operating revenue of 120 million yuan, with operating profit growing by 41.41%. In 2021, the company will closely focus on the theme of "Quality Improvement," spare no effort to expand market share, boldly explore new ways to enhance production capacity, comprehensively improve its ability to cope with difficulties and resist risks, consolidate its leading position in the industry, and strive to achieve the annual production and operation goals and enhance the well-being of all employees.
The meeting commended advanced collectives and individuals who emerged from the 2020 "Dual Civilizations" competition, the "Lean Management, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement, Lean Improvement" activities, and the Party members' "Be a Pioneer, Ensure Safety, Promote Production" activities.
Jiang Haicheng, Chairman of the Company and Secretary of the Party Branch, put forward requirements from five aspects: raising political stance, broadening strategic thinking, strengthening innovation and change, perfecting strategic support, and continuously strengthening Party building. He pointed out that Shuangjia Company still needs the joint efforts of all employees on the path of future development to build the company into a "little giant" enterprise specializing in niche, refined, unique, and new products, and to become a hidden champion type enterprise among oil drilling tool manufacturing service providers.
In the latter half of the meeting, the awards ceremony moved to the workshop floor, and an on-site lottery was held for the 2020 lean work and the "Suggestions for the Company's High-Quality Development" rationalization suggestion activity.
