DYX-A HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER
DYX-A hydraulic liner hanger, designed with single cone and single row slips structure, is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. After brass ball is dropped to ball seat in landing collar, high pressure fluid acts on piston inside cylinder and move slips upward the cone to the set position. Features: 1. Be set hydraulically, suitable for shallow and medium-depth wells. 2. Working with ball-setting carrier, suitable for horizontal and highly-deviated wells. 3. Sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber, rating temperature 120℃/200℃. 4. Main parts are made with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance. 5. Setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation. 6. Retrievable pack-off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, avoid drilling-out.
SYX-A HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER
SYX-A hydraulic liner hanger, designed with double cone and double row slips structure, is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. After brass ball is dropped to ball seat in landing collar, high pressure fluid acts on piston inside cylinder and move slips upward the cone to the set position. Features: 1. Be set hydraulically, suitable for shallow and medium-depth wells. 2. The dual-cone structure is suitable for hanging long heavy liner in deep wells. Liner weight is distributed onto the internal wall of the previous casing more evenly. 3. Working with ball-setting carrier, suitable for horizontal and highly-deviated wells. 4. Sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber, rating temperature 120℃/200℃. 5. Main parts are made with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance. 6. Setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation. 7. Retrievable pack-off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, avoid drilling-out.
SSX-A HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER
SSX-A hydraulic liner hanger, designed with double cones, double cylinders and double-row slips, is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. After brass ball is dropped to ball seat in landing collar, high pressure fluid acts on piston inside cylinder and move slips upward the cone to the set position. Features: 1. Be set hydraulically, suitable for shallow and medium-depth wells. 2. The dual-cone and dual-cylinder structure allows higher hanging capacity and higher hanger setting success ratio. Liner weight is distributed onto the internal wall of the previous casing more evenly. 3. Working with ball-setting carrier, suitable for horizontal and highly-deviated wells. 4. Sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber, rating temperature 120℃/200℃. 5. Main parts are made with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance. 6. J-A MECHANICAL LINER HANGER
J-A mechanical liner hanger is designed with single cone and single row slips structure, manufactured with a J-slot on the main body. Set by picking up right-hand rotation. Features: 1. Large bypass area for liner hanger because of flow slot on the cone. 2. A J-slot guides the guiding pin for hanger setting. The liner hanger can be set easily by picking up the drill string, using right hand rotation to achieve 1/2 turn at the hanger position and lowering the drill string. J-slot designment avoids setting in advance. 3. The liner hanger system without cylinder and setting ball, set by the friction between bow spring and the wall of upper casing, which is suitable for a liner string with several hydraulically activated tools. 4. Setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation. 5. Retrievable pack-off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, avoid drilling-out.
SYX-AF LINER HANGER WITH TOP PACKER
SYX-AF liner hanger with top packer composites functions of packing and hanging liner. It can effectively seal the annular clearance in the overlay segments, prevent fluid and gas channeling between casing and basement at the same time. Setting the top packer after cementing finished, circulate off the excess cement slurry. No influnce happens to the lower basement. Features: 1. The Model SYX-AF Liner Hanger with Packer combines an integral liner top packer with a liner hanger, thus it's able to hang the liner and conduct effective seal on the liner top. 2. The packing elements have superior capacity to resist acid, alkali, oil and high temperature. 3. The packer is able to withstand 35 MPa differential pressure. 4. The setting tool cal be easily released just by applying certain weight on the drill string and rotating clockwise. 5. The Retrievable Pack-Off Bushing can be retrieved together with the setting tool after cementing, avoid drilling-out.
JRKN-A SLIPS EMBEDDED LINER HANGER
Features: 1. Slips embeded structure changes stressed state of slips and upper casing. 2. Flow area is enlarged, circulation pump pressure is lowered. 3. Preventing damage of slips in transportation, lifting and installment and running-in. 4. Suitable for ultra deep well, horizontal well, extended-reach well, high temperature and high pressure oil and gas well, small gap well.
