SINGLE-PLUG CEMENT HEAD
SHUANGJIA single-plug cement head has simple Type I, Type III with manifold and quick-installed type, which is determined according to the actual requirement. The simple type usually has one row of retainer pin with a union at bottom which is used for mud circulation, the top cap with a union button which is used for mud injection. This is the simplest single-head cement head, while the other types with manifold and quick-installed have the same function, just only for improving work efficiency and user-friendly.
DOUBLE-PLUG CEMENT HEAD
SHUANGJIA double-plug cement head also has simple Type I inserted type quick-installed and Type II clamp-type, which is as per actual requirement. The quick-installing method for Model 610 is via the reducer butt inserted and connected by nut; the method for Model 611 is by collar clamped onto the casing coupling, without the thread limitation. DRILL-PIPE CEMENT HEAD
SHUANGJIA Drill-pipe cement head also has simple type I and Type II with manifold, mainly used for liner cementing, which is determined by the actual requirement. The simple type usually has a retainer pin, with a union at the bottom which is used for mud circulation, the top with a union port used for mud injection. This is the simplest type of drill-pipe cement head; some is also mounted with a plug indicator near the retainer pin, or a lift sub at the top, which are for the facilitation of the job. The drill-pipe cement head with manifold plug valve has the same function with the simple one, just only for improving work efficiency and user-friendly. DYX-A HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER
DYX-A hydraulic liner hanger, designed with single cone and single row slips structure, is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. After brass ball is dropped to ball seat in landing collar, high pressure fluid acts on piston inside cylinder and move slips upward the cone to the set position. Features: 1. Be set hydraulically, suitable for shallow and medium-depth wells. 2. Working with ball-setting carrier, suitable for horizontal and highly-deviated wells. 3. Sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber, rating temperature 120℃/200℃. 4. Main parts are made with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance. 5. Setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation. 6. Retrievable pack-off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, avoid drilling-out.
SYX-A HYDRAULIC LINER HANGER
SYX-A hydraulic liner hanger, designed with double cone and double row slips structure, is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. After brass ball is dropped to ball seat in landing collar, high pressure fluid acts on piston inside cylinder and move slips upward the cone to the set position. Features: 1. Be set hydraulically, suitable for shallow and medium-depth wells. 2. The dual-cone structure is suitable for hanging long heavy liner in deep wells. Liner weight is distributed onto the internal wall of the previous casing more evenly. 3. Working with ball-setting carrier, suitable for horizontal and highly-deviated wells. 4. Sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber, rating temperature 120℃/200℃. 5. Main parts are made with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance. 6. Setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation. 7. Retrievable pack-off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, avoid drilling-out.
