      SHUANGJIA single-plug cement head has simple Type I, Type III with manifold and quick-installed type, which is determined according to the actual requirement. The simple type usually has one row of retainer pin with a union at bottom which is used for mud circulation, the top cap with a union button which is used for mud injection. This is the simplest  single-head cement head, while the other types with manifold and quick-installed have the same function, just only for improving work efficiency and user-friendly.

    POSITIVE CENTRALIZER

    For the SHUANGJIA positive centralizer, the manufacturing technique is almost the same with single bow non-welded spring centralizer and double-bow non-welded spring centralizer, the only difference in grooved spring steel sheet. Compared with others, the contact with wellbore wall was larger, empowering it with much stronger centralizing force. Since the OD is smaller than wellbore, the triggering force is almost zero, and the mud flowing through groove can adjust the fluid direction for better circulation. This type of centralizer is suitable for regular wellbore or open hole, also applicable for deviated or horizontal well, safe and reliable.

    WELDED RIGID CENTRALIZER

    SHUANGJIA Welded Rigid centralizer is by welding the centralizing bars onto steel ring, making them an integral one, having increased centralizing force and stability. It is fixed onto casing by screws, without using stop collar. This type of centralizer is suitable for regular wellbore or deviated well and horizontal well.
