      SHUANGJIA Drill-pipe cement head also has simple type I and Type II with manifold, mainly used for liner cementing, which is determined by the actual requirement. The simple type usually has a retainer pin, with a union at the bottom which is used for mud circulation, the top with a union port used for mud injection. This is the simplest type of drill-pipe cement head; some is also mounted with a plug indicator near the retainer pin, or a lift sub at the top, which are for the facilitation of the job. The drill-pipe cement head with manifold plug valve has the same function with the simple one, just only for improving work efficiency and user-friendly. Compared with others, the contact with wellbore wall was larger, empowering it with much stronger centralizing force. Since the OD is smaller than wellbore, the triggering force is almost zero, and the mud flowing through groove can adjust the fluid direction for better circulation. This type of centralizer is suitable for regular wellbore or open hole, also applicable for deviated or horizontal well, safe and reliable.

    WHIRL-BOW CENTRALIZER

    For the SHUANGJIA whirl bow centralizer, the manufacturing technique is almost the same with single bow non-welded spring centralizer, the only difference in that fin-shape steel sheet is welded on the bow steel sheet, which can change the mud direction, enabling swirl effect finally improving flow speed and circulation. This type of centralizer is applicable for irregular wellbore or open hole.
