      SHUANGJIA General Rigid Spiral Centralizer is manufactured of high-molecule resin with integral HTHP cast, fixed on casing by stop collar. Its mechanical properties meeting downhole requirement, super light weight, large bevel angle, even stable at temperature range of -50℃-200℃,high resistance to wear and acid/alkali, it is specially suitable for horizontal and large-deviated well.

    For the SHUANGJIA positive centralizer, the manufacturing technique is almost the same with single bow non-welded spring centralizer and double-bow non-welded spring centralizer, the only difference in grooved spring steel sheet. Compared with others, the contact with wellbore wall was larger, empowering it with much stronger centralizing force. Since the OD is smaller than wellbore, the triggering force is almost zero, and the mud flowing through groove can adjust the fluid direction for better circulation. This type of centralizer is suitable for regular wellbore or open hole, also applicable for deviated or horizontal well, safe and reliable.

    WHIRL-BOW CENTRALIZER

    For the SHUANGJIA whirl bow centralizer, the manufacturing technique is almost the same with single bow non-welded spring centralizer, the only difference in that fin-shape steel sheet is welded on the bow steel sheet, which can change the mud direction, enabling swirl effect finally improving flow speed and circulation. This type of centralizer is applicable for irregular wellbore or open hole.
