INSIDE BOP VALVE

Inside BOP Valve is a kind of check valve with large pressure drop, tapered plug of valve, reduces cutting action of the mud on the seat, to ensure that the correct closed position. Inside BOP Valve connected with drill string can protect swivel, hose and stand pipe. It also can be used before high pressure pump, prevent high pressure blowout. A dedicated release tool keeps the valve normally open and allows reverse flow to pass. This dedicated release tool pre-installed in the valve and the assembly prepared on the drilling platform, for quick installed on the drill string when the first signal appears from the well.

FULL OPENING SAFETY VALVE
Full opening safety valve is manual control valve in drill string circulating system，and it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout。In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents，full opening safety valve shall be connected between drill pipes in drilling operation. Kelly valve is divided into Upper Kelly Valve and Lower Kelly Valve，Upper Kelly Valve is used between swivel sub and Kelly, Lower Kelly valve is usedbetween lower end of Kelly and upper end of drill pipe，the special wrench rotate 90 ° switch can achieve on and off according to instruction. In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents, shall be connect Kelly valves on the both end of Kelly to prevent loss of drilling fluid and blowout prevention.
BALL CHECK VALVE
Ball check valve is a wellhead inside blowout control tool, in order to achieve safety control in drilling operation. It can effectively solve the problem of overflow, well kick in trip-out process. Put it into the well with drill stem and it can control the mud back pressure automatically.
