FPJ INSIDE BOP VALVE

FPJ inside BOP Valve is a kind of check valve with large pressure drop，Valve seal is arrow type valve seal，the arrow type check valve will shut down rapidly under the action of reverse circulation pressure inside drill tools and spring force, cut off the inner channel of drilling tools, to prevent blowout purpose in the drilling tools. It can be placed on the platform for standby, or it can be installed between the drill pipe and drill bit after removing the jacking device to prevent high-pressure oil and gas eject from the drilling tool. A dedicated release tool keeps the valve normally open and allows reverse flow to pass. This dedicated release tool pre-installed in the valve and the assembly prepared on the drilling platform, for quick installed on the drill string when the first signal appears when drill pipe lifts out from the well.

INSIDE BOP VALVE

And when need to lift drill pipes or Kelly has not be lifted，as a precaution, it is better to install fully opening safety valve.
TUBING VALVE
Tubing valve also named tubing cock, and drilling fluid can flow through the vale without pressure drop. This kind of valve is used as the tubing valves and install above tubing to control blowout or to prevent drilling fluid loss when disassemble the tubing.
KELLY VALVE
Kelly valve also named Kelly cock or drill pipe safety valve. It is manual control valve in drill string circulating system，and it is one of the effective tools to prevent blowout. Kelly valve is divided into Upper Kelly Valve and Lower Kelly Valve，Upper Kelly Valve is used between swivel sub and Kelly, Lower Kelly valve is usedbetween lower end of Kelly and upper end of drill pipe，the special wrench rotate 90 ° switch can achieve on and off according to instruction. In the drilling operation, in order to avoid malignant accidents, shall be connect Kelly valves on the both end of Kelly to prevent loss of drilling fluid and blowout prevention.
