INTEGRAL BLADE STABILIZER
Integral blade stabilizer is an important tool in the drilling process to control the well deviation. It can stabilize the drilling tools in the drilling process of oil, gas and geological exploration. It can increase the bit service life, drilling speed and well quality. There are two kinds of integral stabilizers: spiral blade stabilizer and straight blade stabilizer.
SPECIAL STABILIZR WITH REAMER AND BACK REAMER
Special stabilizer with reamer and back-reamer is an important tool in the drilling process to control the well deviation. It can increase the bit service life, drilling speed and well quality by effective stabilization. There are several cutting teeth special fixed on upper end and lower end of crown for reaming and back reaming. In the process of drilling and tripping, it can play the role of two-way cutting, repair the well wall, make the well trajectory to reach the ideal condition as far as possible, and prevent the phenomenon of dog legs. Especially in tripping process, it always hard to trip because of hole shrinkage etc. At this time, the back reaming teeth can play a cutting role to eliminate hole shrinkage phenomenon, thus saving time and costs for drilling.
REPLACEABLE SLEEVE STABILIZER
Replaceable sleeve stabilizer consists of mandrel and sleeve. The function is the same as spiral integral blade stabilizer. It can be suitable for different hole size by changing different size sleeve. It can also increase the stabilizer service life by changing sleeve. The sleeve is threaded on mandrel, so the connection between the sleeve and the mandrel are more reliable, and it is more convenient to replace and assemble.
Non-rotating stabilizer is one of drilling tools in oil drilling process. The main function is same as normal stabilizer. It can also reduce the torque resistance. It consists of mandrel and sleeve. So the sleeve can be replaced if it is worn.
HYDRAULIC VARIABLE GAUGE STABILIZER
In directional well drilling process, Hydraulic variable gauge stabilizer uses the extended hardfacing block to reach full hole size, so as to ensure that the hydraulic variable gauge stabilizer can achieve the purpose of increasing slope and stabilizing slope when work with different drilling tool combinations in the directional well. At the same time, due to the pump is stopped, the hardfacing block will retract, and the outer diameter of hydraulic variable gauge stabilizer will become small, which is beneficial to the smooth progress of drilling and tripping, and effectively prevents the occurrence of resistance and stuck.
SJ-TY INTERCHANGEABLE BLADES STABILIZER
SJ-TY Interchangeable blades stabilizer can conveniently change its hardfacing blades, and one stabilizer body can achieve 16 diameters by changing different hardfacing blades and different thickness gasket. Its enhanced shape and interchangeable hardfacing blades greatly improve the guidance and stability of the stabilizer. Roller reamer is designed for various reaming operation. It can be used in hard formation or abrasive formation, in order to keep the standard hole size. When the drill bit wears and under the standard size, roller reamer can ream the bottom well and recover to standard hole size. Whether drilling the vertical well or directional well, three-roller reamer can ensure the following drill bit or casing run into the normal hole size. The features of roller reamer are low frictional resistance with well wall, strong abrasive resistance and long service life.
DR ROLLER REAMER
DR roller reamer is designed for various reaming operation but particularly for stabilization purpose when drilling in very abrasive formations. For one body, it can suit for different similar hole size by proper configured roller and upper、lower axle seat. New assembly of roller and upper、lower axle seat is easy to replaceable on platform, there is a “T” groove between axle seat and main body, so the structure is more stable and safety.
