STAGE CEMENTING COLLAR ACCESSORIES
The accessories of MSC-A/HSC-A Stage Cementer include a first-stage plug, free-fall opening plug, closing plug, shut-off baffle and pumping-down opening plug. Being made of rubber or aluminum, these parts are easily drillable. Features: 1. The shut-off baffle is installed in the casing coupling, one joint above the float collar, used for pumping pressure of first-stage plug. 2. The first-stage plug is used to isolate the first-stage cement and drilling fluid. On the end of displacement, the first-stage plug lands and effects a seal against the shut-off baffle. 3. Featuring streamline shape and filled with lead, the free-fall opening plug can quickly free-fall to the lower sliding sleeve. When pressure is applied to the casing, it can open the circulation ports. 4. The closing plug is used to isolate the second-stage cement and drilling fluid. When running to the upper sliding sleeve, it effect a seat in the stage cementer. Pressure is applied to the casing and the circulation ports are closed. 5. The pump-down opening plug is used for continuous cementing operation and in deviated wells. It can open the circulation ports directly and quickly, while the free-fall opening plug needs longer time waiting for falling.
HSC-A HYDRAULIC STAGE CEMENTING
HSC-A hydraulic stage cementer is designed with inner-closing structure, in which circulation ports are opened by fluid pressure difference. The closing plug drivers the closing sleeve to shut the circulation ports. Features: 1. Opening pressure can be adjusted and it is not affected by well deviation. 2. Circulation ports are opened by pumping. No fluid trapping and compression while opening and closing circulation ports.. 3. The I.D.of upper/lower sub is the same as that of casing, but smaller than that of closing sleeve, which can minimize chances of damages to the closing sleeve. 4. The inner parts are made of an easily drillable rubber/aluminum material. Both the opening and closing seats have anti-rotation mechanism for easy drillout.
MSC-A MECHANICAL STAGE CEMENTING COLLAR
MSC-A mechanical stage cementer designed with inner-closing structure, in which the circulation ports are opened with free-fall or pumping-down opening plug. The closing plug drivers the closing sleeve to shut the circulation ports. Features: 1. With inner-closing structure, the stage cementer can bring permanent self-locking after closing. 2. No fluid trapping and compression while opening and closing circulation ports. 3. The I.D.of upper/lower sub is the same as that of casing, but smaller than that of closing sleeve, which can minimize chances of damages to the closing sleeve. 4. The inner parts are made of easily drillable rubber/aluminum material. Both the opening and closing seats have anti-rotation mechanism for easy drillout. 5. With pumping-down opening plug, it is used in the operation of continuous cementing.
HXX MILLING SHOE
Used to clean the inner surface of the PBR so that the tie-back assembly can easily insert and effective seal can be achieved. Features: 1. The cutting ribs can remove the cement and other shreds thorough without damaging the inner surface of PBR. 2. Featuring cone profile and curve transition, it can easily enter PBR.
POLISHED BORE RECEPTACLE
Used with tie-back seal nipple, it can tieback the liner to the top of well and achieve effective sealing with tie-back seal nipple. Features: 1. The top end is like horn mouth for easy entry. 2. High quality finishment on inner seaface for optimum sealing property. 3. Corrosion resistance after special treatment. 4. Various lengths are available depends on request.
HC-D TIE-BACK SEAL NIPPLE WITH PACKER
Features： 1. It has the functions of tieback and packoff, simple structure, easy to use. 2. Packer can offset the failing sealing happens when tie-back seal nipple trial stab. 3. The tieback seal nipple with packer has double sealing system of two groups of V-seals and a group of rubber sleeves. The sealing area is bigger, the sealing capability is better and reliable, and suitable for higher pressure oil & gas wells. 4. Permanent pack off is achieved after the packer is weight set. 5. Designed with latching device, neither picking up nor slacking off the drill string can retrieve the packer once the packer is set.
TIE-BACK SEAL NIPPLE
The tie-back seal nipple is a special cementing device for tieback liner operation. Features： 1. Designed with the guide shoe and circulate bore, it can stab into PBR before cementing, avoid trouble happens when common tie-back seal nipple stab into PBR after cementing. 2. With its streamline shape, the guide shoe can stab into PBR smoothly. 3. Groups of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance seals provide effective sealing. Effective sealing length is 1.2m.
The landing collar comprise housing, latch seat and ball seat. The latch seat holds ball seat by pins. After the hanger is set, pressure is applied to release the ball seat. Features： 1. The combination of pump down plug and liner wiper plug latches and seals with latch seat, which can hold back pressure. 2. The internal parts are made of easily drillable materials.
The Sealing Assembly, comprises housing and pack off bushing, is used to seal the annular clearance between polished nipple and liner hanger body so as to build pressure after the ball reaches the landing collar. The top end connects PBR and the internal left-hand thread connects setting tool. Features： 1. The pack off bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, saving time to drill out. 2. “W” sealing rings are used to obtain two-sides sealing function. The sealing effect is better and it’s sealing capacity is more than 25MPa. 3. With centralizing block on body, makes the hanger in the center of wellbore.
