　　Hole Opener is usedto enlarge big surface hole in onshore and offshore oil field, that is, it is used to enlarge the hole pre-drilled by tricone bit, or it is connected above the drill bit to complete the drilling and enlarging operations at the same time. There are three type for cutter: type “SM“used for soft to medium formation; type “MH” used for medium to hard formation; type “XH” used for hard formation.

    　　Special stabilizer with reamer and back-reamer is an important tool in the drilling process to control the well deviation. It can increase the bit service life, drilling speed and well quality by effective stabilization. There are several cutting teeth special fixed on upper end and lower end of crown for reaming and back reaming. In the process of drilling and tripping, it can play the role of two-way cutting, repair the well wall, make the well trajectory to reach the ideal condition as far as possible, and prevent the phenomenon of dog legs. Especially in tripping process, it always hard to trip because of hole shrinkage etc. At this time, the back reaming teeth can play a cutting role to eliminate hole shrinkage phenomenon, thus saving time and costs for drilling.

    REPLACEABLE SLEEVE STABILIZER

    　　Replaceable sleeve stabilizer consists of mandrel and sleeve. The function is the same as spiral integral blade stabilizer. It can be suitable for different hole size by changing different size sleeve. It can also increase the stabilizer service life by changing sleeve. The sleeve is threaded on mandrel, so the connection between the sleeve and the mandrel are more reliable, and it is more convenient to replace and assemble.
